Terms of delivery
Delivery conditions
Orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. usually leave our company on the same day. Orders placed before 17.00 are without guarantee. (Applies exclusively to goods in stock up to 30 kg.)
Delivery is at the customer's risk.
Please note that the shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method, the quantity, size and weight of the products ordered. Therefore, the final shipping costs are not yet visible in the store, but only on the invoice.
Right of return
There is generally no right of return. In exceptional cases it is possible to take back the delivered goods. These will only be taken back complete and in the original packaging (delivery bill must be enclosed). Returns are at the risk and expense of the customer.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Transport damage or loss during transportation must be reported immediately (within a maximum of 24 hours) after acceptance of the goods. Complaints about defective or incorrectly delivered goods will only be accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods. The goods will only be taken back in their original packaging. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Lucerne.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed for 12 months.
